I hear many women say they suffer during previous years, the perimenopause and during menopause
And I discover that, too often, we do not get to this stage prepared, either physically or psychologically.
The list of possible physical and psychological symptoms is wide: anxiety, depression, lack of concentration, panic attacks, vertigo, irritability, insomnia, lack of libido, tiredness, joint pain, atrophy and vaginal dryness, headaches, hot flashes, skin disorders, constipation, autoimmune diseases and long-term osteoporosis and heart disease.
It is easy to feel sorrow, this thing gives you between fear and laziness, I know. But it is much more exciting to trust that you can feel better.
I like to know that some women, simply don’t feel anything, even though changes are taking place inside them, as in all others.
Each conversation with each one of you inspires and deeply nourishes me.
